On 29 November, the technical-administrative staff of the Lecco campus and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering spent a day together on campus.
A day out of the ordinary, a team building activity to increase cohesion and collaboration between colleagues.
We worked on listening, getting to know each other and managing the dynamics of group work. We did it singing, acting and getting involved from every point of view, we had a lot of fun!
