Professor Alessio Radice has been elected to be a member of the leadership team of the Technical Committee on Fluvial Hydraulics of the International Association for Hydraulic Engineering and Research (IAHR).
His previous involvement with IAHR included chairing the Committee on Experimental Methods and Instrumentation (2017-2019).
Within IAHR, technical committees foster research on identified key challenges of a discipline; the scope of the Fluvial Hydraulics committee is related to physical processes, health and safety of these crucial water bodies.
