The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (Politecnico di Milano) offers a new professional training course, addressed to technicians working in the Lombardia Region, entitled: “Design of sustainable urban drainage systems”.
The course aims at providing technicians and operators in the field of building design and spatial planning, with knowledge and operational tools for the application of the new regional regulations on sustainable drainage systems; both in the design of drainage networks and in the preparation and implementation of urban plans. In particular, various design solutions and some innovative techniques will be presented, that could be adopted in construction works, in the design of urban centers as well as for the renovation of existing infrastructures.
