The Italian Group of Sanitary-Environmental Engineering (GITISA – www.gitisa.it) announces a competition for the award of two prizes in the amount of €2,000 each, intended for 2 students who have obtained a Ph.D. degree at an Italian University between 01/04/2021 and 30/06/2023 by defending a thesis supervised by at least one university professor in the disciplinary sector ICAR/03 – Sanitary-Environmental Engineering.

Il Gruppo Italiano di Ingegneria Sanitaria-Ambientale (GITISA – www.gitisa.it) bandisce un concorso per l’assegnazione di due Premi dell’importo di Euro 2.000 destinati a 2 allievi che abbiano conseguito il titolo di Dottore di Ricerca in un Ateneo italiano tra il 01/04/2021 e il 30/06/2023 discutendo una tesi seguita, in qualità di relatore, da almeno un Docente universitario afferente al Settore Scientifico Disciplinare ICAR/03 – Ingegneria Sanitaria-Ambientale.

A total of 50 applications were submitted for the award, and the PhD Award Committee decided to confer 2 IP Best Thesis Awards (ex aequo) and 7 Department Best PhD Thesis Awards.
The IP Paris Best Thesis Award is granted to students who have produced an exceptional thesis within the IP Paris doctoral program. This award recognizes and celebrates the high-quality research work conducted by students and represents a significant acknowledgment of their dedication and contribution to the academic field.
