Mattia Anghileri, research fellow at our Department, has been selected by theAmerican Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as a recipient of the Younger Member Global Activities Fund 2026/2027.

The Fund supports the participation of early-career civil engineers in ASCE's international activities. The recognition will be conferred during ASCE 2027 – The Infrastructure and Engineering Experience, to be held in Philadelphia, PA, from 1 to 5 March 2027.

Founded in 1852, ASCE is the oldest civil engineering society in the United States and one of the most authoritative international organisations in the field, bringing together members across more than 170 countries.
