On March 22, in celebration of World Water Day, our scientific committee organized a seminar on the theme “Sustainable management of water resources in a changing world.” With the participation of two international guests, we explored the challenges and solutions related to sustainable water resource management. Young researchers from DICA shared their cutting-edge research, and doctoral candidates presented their projects through informative posters.
To conclude, we hosted a roundtable discussion on the topic of sustainable water resource utilization. Moderated by science communicator Maurizio Melis, the event saw the participation of experts from the Polytechnic University and our department. It was a unique opportunity to engage, share ideas, and promote concrete actions for a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

Il 22 marzo, in occasione della Giornata Mondiale dell’Acqua la nostra commissione scientifica ha organizzato un seminario sul tema “Sustainable management of water resources in a changing world”. Con la partecipazione di due ospiti internazionali, abbiamo esplorato le sfide e le soluzioni legate alla gestione sostenibile delle risorse idriche. I giovani ricercatori del DICA hanno condiviso le loro ricerche di punta e i dottorandi hanno presentato i loro progetti attraverso poster informativi.
Per concludere, abbiamo ospitato una tavola rotonda sul tema dell’uso sostenibile della risorsa idrica. Moderata dal divulgatore scientifico Maurizio Melis, l’evento ha visto la partecipazione di esperti del Politecnico e del nostro Dipartimento. Un’opportunità unica per confrontarsi, condividere idee e promuovere azioni concrete per un futuro più sostenibile ed equo per tutti.

Il 22 marzo, in occasione della Giornata Mondiale dell’Acqua abbiamo accolto scuole elementari e superiori, nell’ambito del programma DICA4schools, offrendo laboratori interattivi e seminari dedicati al tema dell’acqua.
