Müller\, Professore presso l’EAWAG-ETH Zurich. \nAbstract \nLarge-scale land deals reshape rural areas\, often displacing small farms and ecosystems. This talk analyzes 400+ land deals across 28 countries\, linking them to child diets. Using a clustering algorithm\, it identifies trade-offs\, showing how policies can better regulate investments for fairer\, sustainable outcome.
