It will then introduce the TianGong Initiative which aims to develop an open, transparent life cycle assessment background database for China. It will finish with the new research in the intersection of AI and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speaker\u2019s bio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ming Xu is the Chair Professor of Carbon Neutrality, Associate Dean for Research in School of Environment at Tsinghua University. Prior to that, he was a Professor at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His research focuses on environmental systems engineering, life cycle assessment, and environmental artificial intelligence.
